INDICASA Policies

1) Shipping Policy

 We process all orders within 1–3 business days.

Delivery timelines usually range between 4–8 business days across India, depending on your location.

During festive seasons, launches, or sale periods, dispatch may take slightly longer.

Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via SMS, WhatsApp, or email.

2) Replacement Policy

At INDICASA, every pure cotton hand block print product is handcrafted with care.

We are offering Replacement if there is an issue with your order, we will be happy to assist you with a replacement in the following situations:

• Size Related Issue
• If your item arrives damaged
• If you receive a different product than the one ordered
• If there is a manufacturing defect in the product

We do not accept returns or exchanges for any other reasons.

Size Exchange / Product Exchange Process

• If any customer has any size issue with the product then he/she needs to mail us at indicasa.jaipur@gmail.com within 7 Days from the date of delivery of the parcel. The item(s) requested for exchange should be unused, unwashed, unworn and must be returned with all its packaging and tags.
• If a reverse pickup facility is available on your pin code we will arrange a pick-up for the same place of delivery and re-send the new product/size. An amount of Rs 300 will be charged to process your exchange request, once it is done you are requested to share the screenshot of the payment in the same mail with us.

• After the payment has been done, our customer support team shall initiate the reverse pickup via trusted courier services.
• Alternatively, if you wish to send the exchange product directly to us, our team shall share the shipping/return address with you. After dispatching the item(s), we request you to share the AWB number of the return shipment along with the courier company name. Please ensure that you dispatch the items for exchange via reputed courier agencies only because we shall not be liable for any loss of the parcel or items during transit for the items directly shipped by the customer. 

• Once the product is received in our warehouse, it goes under the quality inspection department and once it is approved for unused/unwashed/new condition with all tags in place, we dispatch the requested new product/size to you within 7-10 working days.
• Exchanges will only be done once per order and multiple exchanges of products on the same order will not be entertained.
• There may be certain cases when the requested product size may not be available in our inventory. For such instances, our customer support team informs you about the same and shall issue a credit note/Store credit for the total item(s) amount.

 

Replacement Conditions

Request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery Unboxing video is mandatory from the moment the parcel is opened

Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging

Replacement is subject to stock availability

We do not accept returns or exchanges for any other reasons.

If your Replacement is Approved the product will be delivered within 5-7 days.

3) Product Disclaimer

All INDICASA products are traditional handcrafted block print pure cotton creations from Jaipur, Rajasthan.

Please note:

Hand block prints may have slight irregularities in motifs, alignment, or color spread, which are part of the beauty of handmade craftsmanship.

Colors may appear slightly different due to mobile/desktop screen settings and lighting.

Fabric measurements may have minor variations.

These are not defects but signs of authentic handcrafted work.

4) Payment Terms

We accept secure payments through trusted gateways.

Available payment methods may include:

Net Banking

COD (if available)

Orders will be processed only after successful payment confirmation, except COD orders.

5) Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch

.Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.

Customized, sale, or limited edition products cannot be cancelled.

7) Privacy Commitment
